Last Row Displayed on a Worksheet is Not Updateable

Hi,

I created a Corporate level Target Entry worksheet that allows the user to enter their budgets at the Corporate level (top-down). However, the very last Category is not updateable, why is that?

If I open up the Account level "Enter Trade Funds & Rates" worksheet, that same last Category can be updated.

The series used for both worksheet is the same: Target Variable Trade Fund.

I verified T_EP_ITEMS, MDP_MATRIX and SALES_DATA table, and for the CATEGORY, the items exists for the category, the combinations exist in mdp_matrix and sales_data.
