DRP ST Request date specific to a ship day

We are setting up the planning system in a multi-site environment.  We intend on running R3483 for 18 branches.  Functionally, we have a set shipping schedule by the day of week.  For example we ship from Chicago to Dallas on Monday, Chicago to Atlanta on Tuesdays and Fridays and so forth.   We would like the request ship date for the ST/OT orders to coincide with that schedule.  We've set up the F3403T file according to the actual transportation time between each branch that has a relationship. 


We are entertaining using the transportation system to help manage that schedule but the suggest date on the message will cause noise in the system and there are problems with building / consolidating shipments and loads to specific dates.  Additionally, we
