SIM list of defects / bugs fixed

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to know which defects/bugs have been fixed by the patch or patches applied to SIM, in a similar manner to Oracle E-Business Suite's AD_PATCHES or AD_BUGS tables. Is there a similar way to check this on SIM?

My question is because I need to compare two different SIM servers and I want to know which bugfixes are aplied in one but not the other. I can see a couple of patch installers in the servers but I can't know if those are all the patches that have been applied, or if any install file has been deleted.
