migrate mobile screen form

We have a few warehouse management mobile custom forms that use java developed in a 11.5.10.2 environment. We have the need to migrate those mobile custom forms to a R12.2.4 environment and we are using ADOP in the R12.2.4.

in our R11.5.10.2 environment we have a specific place for our custom forms residing in the JAVA_TOP with the name '...\custom'.

Is there a specific place where to locate our custom Mobile forms?

Are there some specific rules in R12.2.4 for custom Mobile forms?

Are there some guidelines for migrating our 11.5.10.2 mobile forms to R12.2.4?

Do we need to re-create our custom forms from scratch?
