Unable to see the instance details from the order management

Hello All,

Go to order management responsibility-->order lines--->action--> installation details.

in the transaction details window, select the instance and when i go to tools-->instance details i am getting error


You do not have access to this functionality.


I tried adding the functions from oracle installed base agent  menu to ONT_SUPER_USER menu but it's not working.


Please help me in this.
