R12.1.3 - DFF Delivery Information

Business is looking for additional visibility to the DFF on the delivery.  What is the best way to allow this visibility without having to "Grant" access to the shipping form per user with a view only type role?

Is there a way to make this visible on the Order so the user can view the DFF details on the Delivery Details that are already displayed?

The only thing I came up with was creating custom function, Query_Only, and assigning that function to the OM responsibility.  Am on on the right path?  I don't want to make it so I have "grant" common users to the form to view the additional DFF on the delivery.
