FDMEE Data Load for Hyperion Planning

We are implementing Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 and using Hyperion FDMEE ……..

In our client scenario we have to bring EBS Actuals data into Hyperion mainly for two reasons viz., 1. Budget vs Actual analysis in Planning and 2. Use Hyperion Financial Reporting for client’s financial reporting.  While reviewing the EBS Actuals in Planning forms, User needs the ability to drill back into EBS and hence we are trying to use FDMEE/ODI.

Question:

The EBS chart of accounts has 5 segments (say Company, Department,  Account, Sub-Account and Product) whereas Hyperion Planning Dimensions include only Company and Product in addition to the standard dimensions. In FDMEE/ODI we are facing mapping issues when trying to  link COA segments and dimensions.
