VAT account gets changed after changing tax amounts

hi all

VAT is written to account 224020 (VAT PAYABLE)  instead of  137020 (Prepaid VAT) because I manually did change the VAT amount as there was a small difference (rounding difference) between what the system did calculate and what it was on the invoice.

why does that happen, why does the account gets changed ?
