Notes indicator not seen in some columns in wroksheet

Hi,

We have restricted series access to users. If a user i having access to SERIES A and if he enters notes in the series then the note indicator is appearing in Series A column but not in series B to which the other user is having the  access.

What configuration we need to do, so that even series B will have NOTES indicator?

Please advise.
