Version Patch not installed on siebel dedicated

Hello experts,

We are using siebel 8.1.1.5 SIA. when I check in technical support in my thin client it shows 8.1.1.5 SIA. However if I check the same in my dedicated tools and dedicated client from my local machine it shows 8.1.1 SIA. Definately I have not applied 8.1.1.5 patch on my dedicated tools and client. What are the issues I am going to face if work with this.from my tools

Even if I log in to server tools from my local machine it shows 8.1.1 SIA. How to check if the patch 8.1.1.5 installed on sever tools.
