Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. [BI Publisher 11.1.1.7] How to set the language of bipubliser.log ?

Hi, experts

The language of my bipublisher.log is output as Japanese,

so it is hard to determine which note I am hitting while I meet a error.

I'd like it write in English, how could I change it?
