DTYPE_UTCDATETIME issue

Hi Team ,

When user creates an activity record , the planned start date(field data type DTYPE_UTCDATETIME) which is populating based GMT due to as per the busniness process we are getting wrong calculations.

It is for specific user only . Please let us know what are the reasons might causing this issue.
