Org access thru Security Profile

Hi ,

We are not using Organization access functionality to restrict the org access. We are using 12.2.3.

Is there any way to restrict the org access for particular users with the same responsibility.

I have a below requirement.

Planners in AP5 have access to all orgs - they should only have access to the manufacturing orgs (AP1, BP2, CP3, DB4) not the all other Orgs.

I need to  remove the additional orgs from their view. Can i achieve this from single responsibility?
