File not found error while generating BIP Report in Siebel

Dear Support,

We are facing an issue in Siebel, While we are trying to download the Generated Report in "My BIP Reports" screen. We are receiving the following error:

"The file Accounts List.pdf  could not be found on any specified file system(SBL-UIF-00230)" error.

We have checked if we were able to upload attachments into application. We were able to do it.

Could you kindly help me out to resolve this.
