enabled Weblogic administration port, failed to start managed servers

Hi

I have enabled the administration port on WLS domain.

Everything is working....https and t3s protocols, certificates and SSL/TLS parameters are set.

Now I'm trying to start a managed server from console, just to ensure and see if it comes up...no luck

These are the errors I find in the out file....I haven't find any useful hints/links so far
