FA- Create Accounting Completed with Warning

Hi Guys,

Needs some advise on the following,

When i m running the create accounting it complete with warning, i ran the Subledger Period close exception report,which gave me the following info

    

Journal Category	Depreciation		Event Class
Event Date	Event Type	Transaction Number	Status
31-Jan-16	Depreciation	76	Invalid

i ran the Create accounting with Detail and found the following error

1	Asset	1100.0000.715101.000.00000000.000000	DR	not valid due to CVR
2	Expense	1100.2201.715101.999.10002110.000000	CR

    

this code is violating the cross validation rule, which is right & it should.

but what i dot understand is that why this is being created as the Asset cost code define on Category (1100.0000.110101.000.00000000.000000) is different and when you view the accounting under Transacion history, it is showing the codes as per 'Category' asset is assigned to and not the above.
