Duplicate Supplier/Supplier Site being defined for Item/Commodity

Hi,

While creating Global ASL entry for same item/supplier/site combination but with different owning org getting error "Duplicate Supplier/Supplier Site being defined for Item/Commodity".

Also, we have tried by disabling the existing entry for different owning org but oracle is not allowing to create ASL entry with different owning org for global attribute
