Self-Service e-Billing - is anyone using it?
Our business has expressed an interest in the Oracle Self-Service e-Billing product, but all the literature on oracle.com is very vague about the technical details, and I can't find anything at all about it in Oracle Community.
Are any of you out there using this product?
The document I found says it is a SAS product - does that mean it is a cloud offering only?
How does it integrate with EBS Receivables?
If you are using this product, I'd love to hear the technical details how it is implemented, and if you like it or not; did your business find value in it?
