EBS OM Unit price is .5 decimals but Extended price rounds to .2 R12

Entry of item with .4 decimals in OM is displaying the Unit price correctly at .4 decimals.... but the Extended price rounds to .2 in both form and DB field.

Version 12.2.4

Profiles:  

          OM:  Unit Price Precision Type          Standard

          QP:Selling Price Rounding Option          NO

Pricelist Round To  -5

Multi-Currency conversion  - enabled

    USD Presicion                    2   (changing to 4 yield samed behavior)

    USD Extended Precision     5

Entry of item in OM for pricelist price of  25.12345

Both SO and Pricelist are in USD

Quantity 1                                                  Quantity 2

Unit price = 25.12345                                   25.12345

Ext price =  25.12                                        25.13

What is controlling the rounding to .2 decimals for the OM Extended Price to .2?
