How do I use an older, cold RMAN Backup of one database to replace an existing database (NON PROD -

I have multiple databases on one Non-PROD server.  I have a pre-scrub version of the TEST database that I am being asked to clone over an existing TRNG database.  I do not need to save anything on the TRNG database.  I cannot use the current TEST database as an active clone.

So, How do I use the cold, older, pre-scrub backup of TEST to clone to TRNG?

Any help is appreciated.
