SEA to SIA Upgrade Performance Question

We have completed a Production Test Upgrade and are in UAT.  We are using Call Center application.  We noticed a performance hit when creating SRs.  There are several new INSERT statements generated for new tables like S_SRV_REQ_LOYX, S_SRV_REQ3_FNX, S_SRV_REQ2_FNX, and S_SRV_REQ1_FNX.   We don't use Finance or Loyalty applications, so why the new inserts?  The upgrade didn't migrate any existing SRs to these tables either.  Is there a step I missed that will prevent the extra inserts?
