M9000 XSCF Firmware update error

Hi,

I am trying to update the latest firmware on my M9000 machine(xscf) but ending with an error.

XSCF> getflashimage http://Remoteserver:/prod/DCXCP1121.tar.gz ( Even tried with ftp)

Error: could not resolve host.
