Getting error when drill through from Oracle Planning form or SmartView

We are currently in a process of upgrading our Planning from 11.2.2.300 to  release 11.2.4

We are unable to Drill Through from Hyperion Planning screen cell to our EBS 12.1.3 instance to see GL transaction details.

We are receiving this error message---> 'An error occurred while trying to drill-through to source: EPMFDM-140276:Drill URL is not present' and no url showing
