Scheduling failed. ATP Processing error

Hi,

I am setting up a new operating unit and have created all the relevant setups

I am able to process the internal sales orders created in the new operating unit without any issues. But while booking standard sales order getting an error message 'Scheduling failed. ATP Processing error for a non ATP item. I have verified the below setups and all looks correct. Also, It is taking long time (5 to 10 minutes) to display this message after the clicking on the 'Book' button

1) Inventory > Items > Organization Items > Order Management > Check ATP is 'none'.

2) Order Management > Setup > Transaction Types > Define.

Query your transaction type. In 'Shipping' alternate region 'Auto Schedule' check box is
