Must all the OMDATP setting be upper case or just the ones for the physical servers?

We seem to have run into this issue with TR 9.1.5.  Most of our OMDATP settings are mixed case.  Our physical unix servers were also defined with lower case OMDATP.

1. Are all OMDATP's suppose to be UPPER case ONLY?

2. And this is the biggie... How do you change this?  There have to be dependencies.  Where do I go to find out all the tables and columns that need to be updated?

These settings were made years ago, but now it's an issue...
