HI Team,

I would really like your advice on an application development platform that i can use to develop applications on a MySQL Database that will be able to pull reports from the data in the MySQL DB as well as have the ability to create bar, chart, line graphs.

Something that with need a little development skill as I am a DBA so Java is going to kill me. I wanted to go Apex and Oracle DB cause that is what I know but because of cost implication I have decided to go open scours hence MySQL.

Please could you recommend an open scours Application dev platform.
