details about the field of the "Accrued But not yet available" in P053020

Dears,

Kindly, does anyone have any details about the field of the "Accrued But not yet available" in P053020 ?? as i had created an accrual for a leave type and then after the final update the number of hours calculated in the accrual has been added to fields "Additions" and "Available" but still appear also in the field  of "Accrued But not yet available" . So can anyone explain to me why that? and should i make the final update in the payroll so that the values here is updated ??
