Complex promotions Inherition for items ranged after the promotion start_date is not working

In our current version of RPM 13.1.4 , Items ranged after the start_date of complex promotions are not inheriting the promotion.


1. Created a Multibuy promotion (Buy3for100AED) from RPM for 25-Feb-5thMarch 2016 for an Item I1 at Zone Z1

2. Zone -Z1 consists of L1,L2,L3,L4,L5 locations.

3. During the time of Promotion creation Item I1 was ranged only at 3 locations (L1,L2,L3) and the promotions were created for this Item at Zone level.

4. During the stat_day of the promotion, promotion got successfully applied on three locations L1,L2,L3

5. On next day(26-Feb), this item got ranged to L4 and L5 also and the same has been flown to RPM also after NEWITEMLOC batch
