PO Receipt Tolerance based on PO amount

Hi Oracle Gurus,

We have a requirement to set up PO receipt tolerance to 3% on PO's up to £500 and 1% on anything over £500.01 please. Is there a way of setting up Oracle where this tolerance is applied automatically or can this be achieved only through customisation/extension? Much appreciate your views.
