Fiscal Year Pattern "J" have some wrong entries

Hi,

is deleting unwanted fiscal year pattern in one of the pattern will produce unwanted results in JDE? since one of our client having fiscal year started from Apr as well as from Jan in the same date pattern i.e. "J". Whereas they follow April to March pattern only, don't know how system allowed to enter Jan to Dec in P0008. what would be the solution if they want to delete this Jan to Dec pattern from "J" , also will it impact their day to day working on JDE. They have already at the end of fiscal year (Apr-Mar) with
