Facing issue when we open ADF page from ERP and click on Logout link.

We have integrated ADF 11g application with Ebiz Suite 12c. There is a Logout button on my main page. On clicking the Logout button we are invalidation ERP session as well as ADF session as mentioned in oracle seeded SDK document for Ebiz to ADF integration and the redirecting to a specific page.

When we click on the logout button we are facing the below issue -->
