How to view AGIS Approvals

Hi All,

We have an implementation of AGIS and I am getting queries on who approved some transactions. The IC Orgs in question have multiple people with access so I'm not sure how to determine which one approved it. I tried looking in workflow but could not find anything.

Any suggestions?
