Essbase 11.1.2.3.500 calcs running slow after clear and load zero lvl

We just did pretty forward maintenance like clear zero lvl, load zero lvl and run calc all.

First of all Calc all took 7 hrs which generally take 4 :30 hrs.  After that all aggregation scripts are taking lot of time really slow.

Did any body encountered similar issue ? any reason for this kind of behavior?

Any insight will be greatly appreciable.
