During platform pack installation jde 9.2 database connection string issue

I have installed server A where is oracle 12c enterprise edition installed and another server B where i have installed oracle 12c 32 bit client installed with prerequisites now i am trying to install platform pack 9.2 on server B but during the oracle database information i have put the right value (able to ping A to B and able to connect through oracle client)now i am getting error.

if i am doing this installation on same server not getting this error  any suggestions guys?

Oracle inventory log are below here:

Using paramFile: C:\Platform_pack\install\oraparam.ini

Checking swap space: must be greater than 500 MB.   Actual 18212 MB    Passed
