After Upgrade error in Formula Tax type

Dear All,

I received error "The system could not determine the applicable Tax Rate for Tax " when selecting standard memo line linked to Formula type tax after upgrade from 11i to 12.2.4 as this Tax type is no longer supported. I don't know why?

Anyway, Oracle doesn't migrate this taxes correctly as the tax rate is empty for all taxes which defined in 11i as Formula.

Please advice if there any data fix to update the tax rate?
