agent unreachable, collections disabled disk full but no files in recv or upload directories to clea

Hello all,

I am having trouble with my dbconsole reporting that the agent is unreachable. It's a common error and one I have dealt with before when I was using grid control (older version, though). This is on a Microsoft windows 2008 virtual server and this platform is new to me. I have been tromping thru the filesystem and Oracle support and have found lots of interesting things but nothing to point me to how to solve this.

First, the basics:

1. emctl status agent shows it running, collections disabled, used disk space at 99.33% or some awful amount. There are some files getting uploaded because you will see that the totals change - different number of mb uploaded changes and the available space creeps higher and higher. Forcing an upload gives the error that the oms can upload but the disk is full.
