Date Format and Language on BIP report output.

Hi Folks,

I'm printing some dates in a report in Spanish language and having some issues.

In Spanish is printed like this:

In English:

So it says Monday, February 29, 2016

Checking my Timezone preferences:

My problem is that it is not using Capital letters for date in Spanish. I would expect: Lunes 29 de Febrero de 2016.

Is there any place where we could tweak that behavior?

P.D:

If I try to export the data model under these conditions, I see the date exported in English....

I don't know what controls that.
