exp: no rows exported

  Hello,

           I am exporting the data using export utility in 11g 11.1.0.7 with query parameter. However, it is not exporting any rows, though the rows are there in database. The command and output I am using are as follows:

exp user@tns file=test.dmp tables='"""TestTable"""' query= \"where \'"TestId"\' \= \'219\'\"
