ODI 11.1.7 to Planning 11.1.2.4 connectivity
Hi experts,
We are facing a connectivity issue between ODI and Planning after recent upgrade of Planning from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.4. ODI and Planning instances are in separate hosts and connecting via RMI.
Possible causes: We have firewall between ODI host (windows) and Planning host( Exalytics). But 11333 RMI port is open and telnet is successful. Can you please let me know if anyone else have faced this issue and how to fix. Thanks.
Troubleshooting done:
- Verified RMI registry and correctly mapped to planning apps with default 11333 port.
- Planning and RMI services are up and running fine in destination server.
- Telnet connection is successful on port 11333 from ODI host to Planning host.
