Service Request and Trouble Tickets Status value change
Hi,
We are using Siebel Power Communication application and our client wants to change the display value of the SR and TT status from current "Open" and "Closed" to "Ongoing" and "Completed" respectively.
Please note currently we have got only the below Status values activated:
Open
Closed
Cancelled
I know this would just be a change in the display value of corresponding LOVs but wanted to understand the impact of it to existing vanilla functionality.
One of the impact that I can understand is currently on Status getting updated to Closed most of the field become Read Only which might not be the case if we change the LOV.
