Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Where can i get the NLS language pack for EBS 12.1.1 (also named patch 6678700) now?

I can't find the language packs from Edelivery website. Unfortunately, the patch 6678700 doesn't exist in the results of patch search too.
