Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to use Transaction > Copy Transaction function in Accounts Receivable (Oracle R12.1.3)

Hi,

We are unable to use the Copy transaction function in oracle Receivable. The version in R12.1.3, The error we get is as below:

ORA-01403 no data found

FRM-4073 WHEN VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

Tried metalink, but not relevant hits.
