Vendor not getting email notification after successful supplier registration process

Hello,

Am trying to set up Oracle Isourcing and Isupplier for the vendor to respond to RFQ. For me to do this I have to setup supplier portal for each vendors, but when I register the vendors am not getting email notification on the email I specified when registering the supplier. I need to get the email because the vendor's temporary password will be in the mail.

How do I go about getting the email. And please if you have any document on Isupplier.
