12c temp_undo_enabled useless for oracle E-business - getting ORA-01555: snapshot too old "$TEMPUN

12c ( 12.1.0.2.0 oracle db) temp_undo_enabled=true for oracle E-business - getting ORA-01555: snapshot too old  "$TEMPUNDOSEG" too small. <> create accounting/accounting runs 10x faster until crash

* When running xla_je_validation_pkg.balance_by_intercompany.- getting ORA-01555: snapshot too old rollback segment with name "$TEMPUNDOSEG" too small

* Because of lot of usage of global temporary table, Noticed 12c is running create/accounting programs 10-20x faster, until it crashes
  => This would really solve a lot of performance issues...
