Work Request Number

Hello Folks!

  There is an anomaly with the way the work requests are identified.  The work requests are identified by a unique sequential number that counts up to

the next number (i.e. 1,2,3,4). Recently, the work requests are still counting up, but it is by the thousand, not the single digits (ones) like it should.  Didn’t know if one of the Group Testing patches applied caused

this change or not. 

Any help or suggestions to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.
