R47071 and Flex Accounting Subledger issues

Hello

If anyone have come across this issues, please help:

I am using flex accounting for 4370 to trace SubLedger field from Item Branch Category code. When i run R47071 for multiple inter company orders for line type S, it generate OV for all orders but only flex for first order only (generate SubLedger for 1st order only) and 2nd and 3rd order does not get flex.
