Cannot Close AR - Exception Report has no items

Hello.  We are trying to close AR in 12.1.3 and it will not due to unprocessed accounting events or untransferred GL entries.  We processed the 'Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report' program and it has no items returned.  We also ran the query below.  The first time I ran it, there was an incomplete invoice.  We moved the GL date to 01-MAR-2016 and when processing the query again, it was no longer there.  We need to close AR and I am lost on where to look next.  Thanks for any guidance that can be offered.
