BIP reports not working when upgraded to 11.1.1.7.0 version

Hello All,

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.14 and are using BI publisher reports. We have upgraded the BI Publisher version from 10.3.4.1 to 11.1.1.7.0

All the reports worked with 10.3.4.1 version, but with BI Publisher version 11.1.1.7.0 rtf templates with xdoxslt function are not working.

The XDO logs shows the error
