How To Query Purchase Orders Which Linked With Disabled Sourcing Rule?

Hello all,

Problem Description/Question:
- Expect to check and query Purchase Orders which linked with disabled Sourcing Rule with Effective To Date.

Whether there is scripts or report could reach this function?

Any response would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
