Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We found some crash and fdr files on our production env; but since the log level were down we could not get any details.

Can you pls analyze the crash and provide some pointers as to where the problem lies.
